I have a question. Is it trying to finish install the game manager but do nothing? My cousin had that issue and I couldn't figure out what he was having issues with. So I went over to his house. I delete BF3 and Origin. Reinstall origin and download bf3 instead of the DVDs. And it work. hope that help some.
