I just hopped in the server to test my crashing issues and set up my controls I can't even run around or hop in a vehicle. Is there a setting that will allow this?

I noticed this when i first fired the game up. I wanted to setup my controls and other settings so i hopped in a random empty server and quickly noticed that you cannot move until a certain amount of people are in the server.
Talk about making jumpstarting harder than it already is.

The server browser wants to see 8 players as the minimum start count on a 64-player server (server setting). Otherwise, Quick Match players won't find us. Seems like a design failure that we cannot free-play as in BC2.Comment
