I've been kicked about 4 or 5 times for teamkilling. Never once have I purposely killed a teammate, nor have I seen anyone blatantly teamkilling except one person who knifed me while I was trying to flee and he clogged the doorway.
I was having one of my best rounds. It started a bit lame when someone decided to jump in front of my humvee. Another time a teammate decided to go suicide mode and run up to an enemy huddle, so I got 2 kills and 1 teamkill. Then an enemy jumped in between me and an ally. EVERY bullet hit the enemy, but apparently the bullets go through enemies and killed my teammate with a shot to the ankle even though he was fully healed.
I then get kicked from the server.
Is there anyway to improve the limit? Accidents happen, especially in a game where it doesn't clearly show who a teammate is and who isn't.
