I can tell you the one thing that would fix all of gameblaster's "concerns"... a periodic team scramble. Even without "CLR stacking," a lot of times good players can end up on one team, then the other team suffers, round after round.
I've been on all sides of the equation: I've been on the winning sides with lots of CLRs; I've been on the the winning side on the opposite side of most of the CLRs. Ive also been on the losing sides with and without CLRs. Being on the side that constantly loses round after round does WAY MORE to chase players away than any kind of supposed "clr stacking."
