Grrr - if you check for updates from Origin, it'll tell you the game's "up to date." It's only when you actually try and go into a map from the browser that it'll tell you that you need the update.
Is it really so difficult to copy (or license) the auto-updating system that valve uses?

Judging from the bug reports section of the BF3 forums this new "Loading..." issue is quite widespread. Player counts on map change might be hurt by this.Comment

That's messed up that you can't play June. Stupid people at BF3 I swear. All they seem to be doing is nerfing guns and coming up with new interface features. What would be nice is if they actually fixed the main issues of crashing and not being able to load the game.
Everytime I get to play in the jet for a decent amount of time and actually start killing things, the thing crashes.
I know your problem is worse June which is why I'm not going to complain any further. I would definitely get ahold of support personally and tell them that you bought the game. You should atleast be able to play it.
Do you know if it's in the single player campaign as well?
I would definitely check on your video drivers as well. ATI just came out with a new patch, but I'm thinking that BF3 hasn't caught up with the patches and now the game will probably work with only the previous patches. That's if Nvidia came out with a patch the other day.Comment
