I know you guys don't like to kick or ban but you may want to rethink that. The server is full rt now and this is the second time tonight this guy has been in the server with an obvious AimBot. People seeing all the CLR tags in there and getting pissed that nothing is being done. I know that not everyone can kick or ban but someone should be able too in some cases.

I've been hanging out with this community for about 4 years. I came to accept the fact that they have a very different approach to admining, which is just about none. Don't take it the wrong way, but all I see is "If you don't stop this! You will be reported!" and rarely anyone reports and even rarer is anyone getting banned.

You need to accept that if you play here, you will encounter a lot of hackers, and a lot of legit good players, that need some kind of beating to understand. I still admin the 1st ranked server in COD4 and the first moment someone goes out of line, I ban. That's just me though. My guess is that Cain makes his admins report each kick and ban in the admin section to keep up with them, when he should have more faith in them and give them a little more power than me, a regular player.

remember that some are moderators and some are admins.
There are different roles cain needs done. While you might see someone with nothing happening up front there are things that happen on cains ends that makes this one of the best server groups for a long time.

One thing you might consider as well is that just because you may think someone is cheating doesnt neccessarily mean they are. Not saying that is the case in this particular instance but it does happen, quite a lot as a matter of fact. I'm not currently an admin but I can promise you every accusation is given full consideration and investigation. If you have an issue with a particular player please report them in the appropriate forum and it will be taken care off. It may not happen with a snap of a finger but the problem will be addressed. Personally ive been playing on the Lair since Bf2 and its the only place I play other than the occaisonal rush server. I know the same goes for a lot of the community and there is a reason for that.

I have run servers myself and I understand that there are admins and moderators for the server. I know that not all the people that are suspected of cheating do cheat but there are some that are obvious cheats that should be dealt with. The guy I was talking about which I did report has gone from having a 2.7 k/d to a 2.9 k/d over night and was in the server for about 2-3 hrs total. I'm just saying that in some cases like that where he was obviously botting someone should have been able to do something instead of letting him stay in there and screw up the fun in the server.

Correct. All of 7 people are currently game admins.
