Yes, when I first had the problem I booted from the Microsoft Memory Utility. I let it run through every test 7 times. Not one failure.
Did you (or a friend) build your PC? If so, post your motherboard model, and the models of all your RAM sticks. Also post your BIOS's RAM settings (in particular, timings and voltage).
Otherwise... contact the manufacturer. Because that definitely sounds like a hardware issue, running on a Win7 clean install and latest drivers.
What Juneau said. The timings you should manually set to are 5-5-5-15. Also, make sure your RAM voltage is set to 2.2V in the BIOS (according to Kingston's spec here). A lot of motherboards default the RAM voltage way too low, like around 1.5V-1.8V. It will not hurt your motherboard to run it at the full 2.2V, and running it any lower than the RAM's spec will cause stability issues under load.

Thanks to both of you. The default voltage on the RAM for this mobo is 1.5v. I think I'll jack up the voltage and set the timings manually and give it a try.
A change of Pace.
