Every BF3 Youtube Video

So I'll try and learn from youtube videos of jet pilots who think they're amazing because they got so many kills. Then I realise they're playing vanilla....

I mean c'mon! if I were in a jet on Vanilla I'd be own the skies and the ground. If an enemy is spotted and I see that triangle on the ground I'm going after it. I can't learn from Vanilla games at all.

I mean do people not play hardcore? Are people scared of hardcore or something? I don't need to know how many bullets I have. Spotting would be nice, but since the COD map is installed even on Hardcore, I can find enemies. (I just need to pay better attention haha)

Here's the thing. I hate watching BF3 Vanilla videos. Sorry guys, just had to vent haha it was making me a bit mad watching all those videos of jet pilots. "Switch to 3rd person view, it makes it so much easier to see other jets in the skies."

I don't have 3rd person view!! THIS IS HARDCORE!!!! HARDCORE!!

Use those soflam and lasers guys! I love being in the jet when you guys do that. I think it does more damage when you guys lase the targets and it's soo much easier for me to find people.

If people lased targets more often I wouldn't need a laser guidance missile. I could just use my rocket pods. Rocket pods would get more kills with a jet.

LOL Niles, I feel your pain. My standard loadout now is air radar, guns and rocket pods. I gave up on the guided missiles even with the enhancements because they just don't do enough damage for the amount of time I have to spend being a sitting duck for the AA while I lock on my shot.

Well it depends really Needle. If I see jets in the air I'll go air radar, heat seekers and flares.

Otherwise I normally go beam scan, guiding missiles and flares.

But after learning that I can actually out run missiles, I might try to dodge the missiles and go with another perk. I just have to get good at that first lol

I've noticed a slight decrease in damage from the AA guns. Although I would love to know how the hell you're able to stay on top of me when I keep thinking that I have you out turned or atleast to the point where you can't shoot me.

Hard to get anyone off my tail

The guiding missiles aren't that bad really. First one depending where the tank is will disable it. If someone has gotten a shot on that tank, boom! It's dead. Another good one is with the choppers. If someone lases the chopper and I get a decent hit on it. It's game over for them. I've gotten a few kills from people lasing the choppers.

I still seem to get more damage from people lasing tanks though. It's weird.

Although it sucks when you're worried more about the ground than air and some nosy jet wants to come mess with you lol

If I learn how to use my gun right I will be nasty. And I mean nasty! I just can't figure out which side of the cross hairs the gun will shoot.

I'll lase targets if we play together, Niles. It might not be a ton of points, but the fun and satisfaction outweigh that.

Oh yeah! Wait.. Yeah I forgot that other people sacrifice points for team mates.

Hmm, we'll have to switch off. I'll try to be on tomorrow if I can. I just haven't had alot of time to play lately.
