I enjoy the map, but it gets to be a bit much when the server is full.
Granted, I am one of the rare few that can enjoy most maps.

Metro is faaar worse than Damavand. All you need to do is take a chopper to get the back flags. In Metro you can't because everyone camps Ticket Counter...
edit: okkkkk, so we just remove it because two guys said they doesn't like it??
I've said from day one that we should play just one round of each map. I dont know why that is so hard to understand.
IT GETS BORING AS HELL WITH JUST A FEW PEOPLE TRYING TO START THE SERVER. AND IF PEOPLE KNOW THEY DONT HAVE TO PLAY A TOUGH MAP BUT ONE TIME THEY MIGHT JUST STICK AROUND AND CONTINUE TO PLAY.
So say team A just got their stuff pushed in on Damavand peak and the game ends. The map comes up again and they say screw this. I aint gettin hammered again with a bunch of idiots and leave just because the same map comes up and they are expecting the same results.
I see it all the time.
The maps we arent running would even be ok if you just had to play them ONE TIME EACH.
At least we get to see all the maps this way. And it breaks the monotony. I dont necessarily like some of em but I can deal with it if it's only for one round. Even Metro and Seine.
It just gets taxing when you have a long drawn out game on a large map and it takes forever to finish it. You all know what I'm talking about. Then when you see it's gonna start all over again you just feel like , "sigh".. we have to do all this again.Specially if you just got finished takin a beatdown.
The regulars hang tough but the newbies pack up and leave.
You guys do what you want to do but it may not hurt at least to try.
ps: Peak is ok, far better than Metro. But I'll play both. Peak is good for getting a lot of revive points. And it aint necessarily a sniper map. Plus if you have good armor drivers to clear the way, you can move up.

Metro seems only to be good with a 32 player map. Anything else and it just clusters.
If they made an above ground way around and opened up the same start area as rush it could be an epic map.
I wonder if the software would be able to handle things above and below ground at the same time.
The 2-map rotation was best for the Conquest Assault game style - BF2's Sharqi, Karkand, and Wake - where one team would start with an uncap, and the other team would start with all capable flags, giving all players a chance to play each side since offense and defense were so different. It's also good for maps where the US team assaults from a carrier, since that is a pretty different play experience too.
I wouldn't be opposed to playing 1 round per map, as long as we also got some sort of team-swapping going, so that each team has opportunity to play each side of the map on subsequent map rotations - especially considering differences in the attack choppers and presence of an AMTRAK (for maps that have 'em). The easiest way to do this would be to do a teamswap after each round, and always have an odd number of maps in the rotation. Is the server software capable of that? If so, I think we should go for it!
I've been Alpha and will be Beta testing the Delta Force game. It's been really getting good reviews! Definitely a good Battlefield feel to it like the...
