Though... they label their builds with R, short for Release. It implies that once a build is assigned that number, it's out for distribution to providers. My guess is they put together R13, started sending it out, then caught something game-breaking and had to retract it.

Yep you're prolly right. Yeah I actually work for Blue Arc....A wholly owned subsidiary of HDS. They bought us a couple of months ago. We've been in a long standing partnership with them. We make a NAS head and sell their storage. We also rebrand our NAS head as a HDS device and they sell it with their storage. The rumor is that they were forced to buy us. As IBM wanted to do an engineering buy out threatening one of HDS's product lines.
