Some of the maps where either side holds all the flags initially it's rough with only 300 tickets. It's hard to win.

Gotta agree with this. High ticket servers also seem to attract more players.

Aye. In the Conquest Assault maps (all except Oman), it is absolutely essential to swap teams and do the map again. And it's still necessary in Oman, due to the 3 flags + airstrip vs 4 flags + carrier start.
