M4** Question

OK, I've hardly ever used the M4 for the Eng class. Do you get all of the unlocks for ALL of the M4's if you do it for the first M4?

I mean... I maxed out the M4A1. So now I grab the M4, thinking I have all kinds of unlocks to unlock again... and I have everything.

I believe they are the same weapon yes. One is burst and the other isn't.

Except there's an M4A1 and a M4 for the Eng class... I only ever used the M4A1.

This is also true of the M16A3 and M16A4. When I unlocked the A4 I was able to use all of the accessories I had unlocked for the A3.
M4 = M4A1 with burst instead of full auto
M16A4 = M16A3 with burst instead of full auto
