Really low ceiling in Bazzar. You can't fly the MAV over the buildings.

Yes, the MAV ceiling is the same as helicopter and jet ceiling. In caspain, it's at about 1000 meters and on Bizaar it's just a couple of feet. Same on Siene crossing. It's to avoid the exploits of being able to go too far up a map and spot all of it.
