Server rules?

I would like it if someone did a quick recap of all the rules for the HC server.

I was pretty sure that base raping the non-cap was against the rules but I see nothing being done nor anyone caring about it.

It's against the rules, they just don't kick or ban for it. Don't ask me to explain though lol

As games progress forward, it seems the tools to admin said game's servers go backwards.

It is also hard to be there see it and do something about it. I have had it happen a couple time to me on oman, but thats the only place.

At that point I make it my round to kill the bastard.

I also feel that shooting someone while they are taking off amounts to the same thing.
