Well make up your minds as to what game you're going to play so I know what game to get. I'm not going to waste money on a game that you guys aren't going to play lol

Counter Strike Global Offensive looks awesome! Not graphically, but the gameplay looks solid and would love to give that game a try. Although I'm going to miss the vehicles, I'm not going to miss the fact that people like to control the map with a tank. I understand it's there, but what's the challenge of being in a tank against infantry? Multiple infantry fine, but when it's one on one... Seriously.

This is what I believe really killed the start up on the BF3 maps. Everytime I would go to help start it up, SOMEONE would get in the tank and prevent any kind of flag capture. I recently got angry at this tactic and left.

Due to this, I don't even attempt to start up the server. I barely have enough time as it is to get on when I don't have college work to do. But I don't mind your decision one bit Cain. Seems a logical choice considering how much a month you have to pay. No one should have to pay that much to host a map. No one!

I want to say that I appreciate all that you've done so far Cain. Loads of people will bicker about some decisions that you make, but I guess they don't really understand what goes on when having control of a server or a community. No offense to anyone when I say this and hopefully people don't become sensitive over this, but if you don't like the way Cain does certain things, I would suggest starting up your own community. Then see if people there complain like some of us do. And yes I do include myself in that as well. I've been known to complain about certain things too lol

So i been away from the Lair for a while and today i decide to play some DoD:S and i notice this.


So I immediately came here to the forums to check around and i found this thread. I actually been away from the lair since everyone was playing BF3. Now Im glad Cain picked DoD.

Downloading now - I felt a sinus infection coming on yesterday afternoon and woke up at 2AM with what felt like a balloon inside my face, and blood among other things coming out my nose (yeah I get them REALLY bad)...

Anyways I will be confining myself to the house all weekend, so hope to jump in at some point. I look forward to:

-Rifling again
-M1 Carbine
-Being able to jump into a game and leave without having to stay 45 minutes for the round to finish and get points
