Not sure if it is worth it. Most likely going to get it. Main reason is the waiting for server issue. That was sneaky of them.

Beware premium updates. Remember how long it may take for your favorite server to update and how long it may be until you can play there if you're on accelerated updates before the general public. Hours will feel like weeks.

Yes. The game is separate from the "Premium" subscription for 5 DLC packs.
Looks like the first DLC (1 of 5) is included with game pre-orders.

As Rand suggested, I'll probably only buy DLC that Cain decides to run.
