Totally newbie question

What program do I use or where is the setting in bf4 to get the FPS?

To display your FPS, hit the tilde key (~) while in game to bring up the command console. Then, type the following command:

perfoverlay.drawfps 1

to turn it off

perfoverlay.drawfps 0

And if your console is anything like mine it flickers like crazy lol.

How do you not have Fraps? It's free you know... even though it's one of the few programs on my computer that I actually paid for after trying it. It's worth it.

Ahh i have it and forgot where the hell I last checked my FPS.
Frankly I almost never take pictures of videos of play.
