New Patch out for BF4

Mine just crashed for the first time last night.

I think it might have raised my frame rate up a little.
Is anti aliasing(or whatever it is) do anything positive for the game?

Reduced aliasing lol. There's 2 kinds. Hardware AA, usualy displayed as 2AA, 4AA etc. This has a big impact on framerate but is the best kind of AA. Then there is software post processing AA, usually displayed as Low, Med, High etc. This has less of an impact on framerate, however it can blur the image slightly.

The patch must have worked, I just played a round on my desktop which had previously been un playable.

EDIT Side question. O get this google search bar popping up mid game, I imagine it some kind of combonation of keys I'm hitting. Does anyone know what keys do this?

Nope a little Google search bar pops up, esc get rind of it, I was playing in the windowed mode for some reason but I swiched to full screen and it hasn't happened again.

I may have spoken too soon, I just crashed twice.

one good thing about keeping it windowed it is easy to switch to battlelog at the end of the round and change your loadout. Save and then the game is starting.

I would put up a screenie but I cant seem to find my paint program.

Just type paint into the Win7 start menu search bar.

After I did that it took me to a windows services screen, apparently it was uninstalled.

I noticed that I crashed on certain servers but was fine on others. You may want to give that a try.

I was unable to join any servers last night. I will find out tonight if I still have this problem.

cant even enter game, i get a DX error cause it switches to Fullscreen..
