I bought mine on amazon that comes with a 5 dollar credit when the game comes out. I don't know what I'd do with 5 dollars on amazon though.

I emailed them and they said since I paid with paypal it didn't matter where I was. The order was complete. I canceled for them not taking the money in more than a week and that I don't think I want to go premium anymore. Maybe if I find a better incentive.

I canceled after I emailed them. They promised to answer the email within 24 hours. Three days later I still had not received an answer and canceled. They still have not replied.
