Good patch notes:

Increases AMD CrossFire™ scaling up to an additional 20% for Battlefield 4
Resolves intermittent crashes experienced with Battlefield 4 on Windows 8 based systems
Battlefield 4 - improves performance up to 5%

One should note that the 9.2 drivers are more based on the CoD: Ghost game, than Battlefield 4. These updates (above) are all from the previous beta versions.

Spawn, you should be able to, it usually includes HD 6000 and 7000 series, and now the new R9 series (which i want so bad, them joints are niceee!) i recommend you get a new R9 series video card. AMD is the official sponsor of BF4 and is recommended for it though nvidia cards are just as good of course
