Still cant reinstall BF4!

It is quite odd as BF4 is apparently more optimsed for Win8 and gives slightly better performance. Something somewhere in your setup must have been causing a conflict(drivers more than likely). Surprised you didn't just reinstall Win8 and try again before falling back to Win7.

I tried Win8 once. That was enough.

I have windows 8 running now. Windows 8.1 (newer version of windows that I got a free upgrade to) was what was not working right.
