China rising/ account question.

I was under the impression that when I pre ordered BF4 for both myself and Mini that China Rising was part of the deal. Mini tried to log on today and was unable to join and there was a message that he had to have the China Rising addition. When I went to the store under has account it said that he owned the digital deluxe version but in the Origin app it said he didn't. I then tried to buy premium for and I was unable to complete the transaction. I wonder if they are experiencing network issues.

Has anyone else had any issues like this?

You're correct. China Rising was supposed to be included in all pre-orders. For me it was a free download from Origin.

You might need to contact EA support or check their forums for this problem.

After chatting with James Albert it seems that its a known issue and they are working on it. I swear EVERY time I try to enjoy this game I end up wasting a minimum of 15 minutes just trying to log on. Grrrr

I just tried again and I do get the play option but as I join I get the message that I need to purchase China Rising.
