Both maps (Lancag and Parcel) will band for me from time to time, but it is sporadic and without pattern.
I have also had Dragon's Pass band for me. I have not played it since it was taken out of the original China Rising rotation we had a month or so ago though..."You cannot have 'slaughter' without having 'laughter'"

Lancang Dam. I hate it. It also rubber bands often enough to continue hating it even more.
Otherwise, I'd adjust the map rotation to the following:
Everything BF4 original, minus Lancang Dam + China Rising, minus Altai Range.
I think Altai Range is by far the worst map from China Rising. It has no actual strategy to it other than whoever has the most armor units wins. There's no point to air units... Both sides have multiple-aa tanks and there's no point to infantry other than fodder for the army of LAV's moving across the map. The only place infantry fight over is Delta, and even then, by the time one side has it... all you need to do is have an MAA tank and maybe 1 LAV, and the other side will never take it back since they can't even get to it by air or land.
