Every player that purchased the DLC separately, yes. Premium gets them two weeks in advance but you still have to pay for it separately if you don't want to purchase Premium.

Worthless maps:
Operation Metro - still fucking worthless grenade spamming & lmg spamming corners map. I think the biggest issue with this map beyond the obvious choke point spam, is that when you respawn from the middle point, you respawn effectively way behind it... so even if someone gets by, chances are a respawn will run into them. Shit map.

Golmund Railway - literally nothing special about this map. Vehicle heavy, giant, no cover except in the buildings.

Lancag Damn - the worst map in BF4. Why? Because you can shoot across the map from spawn. Whoever designed the conquest version is a retard.

Dragon Pass - terrible map, vehicle heavy, tons of Mobile AA, so air units are worthless... why bother spawning 4 air units vs 2 maa, 1 maa would suffice. Stutters like crazy.

Altai Pass - worst China Rising map.

Dawn breaker can be fun. Just can easily be just one sided and the other group has no outlet. Worse the Locker being trapped in spawn.

I like Locker even when I am on the team trapped in spawn. Shotgun plus Airburst in a target rich environment.
