I didn't find published details so far. I'm assuming it's just changes related to the new DLC.

So far it just added all the dlc assignments and weapons but you wont be able to unlock them until the actual dlc comes out, seems dice got smart from their past mistakes of releasing the weapons a week or two early to the actual dlc. As far as the patch notes dice still hasn't released them yet.
