I got the game for 2 friends in EU and sent it to them as a gift. They sent me back the money in paypal as a gift ... All of us were happy. They got the game for 49$ and i ... i am just happy to help. In future if you want favor like this. Just let me know.

Anyone know if Fileplanet subscribers get the Beta? This is one I really want to test to know if it'll be worth buying, and it would be helpful for as many of us as possible to try it to see if we should recommend Cain run it.

Well for the PS3 Beta what they did was give Fileplanet X amount of keys to hand out along w/ posting keys on the BC2 Twitter page. This was in addition to giving out keys to those who decided to pre-order from the usual places. So my guess DICE will follow the same plan w/ the PC beta.

Rand, i haven't seen it on FilePlanet yet...they show the upcoming Demo though and you can try that out when it becomes available

Here's a question: does anyone know the full story on dedicated servers? I've seen they have dedicated servers, but I also see confirmation that they will not release files for "public" servers.

Does this mean to them, "dedicated" servers are run by EA and nobody else? Can Cain run them? What's going on with this?

If anyone knows, I may just go ahead and preorder to get Beta access. Can always cancel the preorder later if the game turns out like Quake Wars.

If you bought it via EB Games, they will email your Beta Code on a specific day...cant remember what day that is.

Rand My understanding is that is that the servers will be run like the other BF games. We will have to rent servers but we can still run it. I just pre ordered it.
