Questions about the game

Thanks for the input all. I'll probably get it this weekend...I wouldn't let all Hammy's research go to waste (very thorough, very thorough indeed).

It still saddens me about the lack of prone. I rarely snipe, and when I do it's seldom from prone...but snipers are force multipliers, and I think that to lessen that by eliminating prone kind of...awww, nevermind.

Anyway, since there's no server for the Lair (and I'm guessing there won't be for a bit with the TF2 filling things up still) I might not rush into playing it. Also am just about finished prestiging on MW and there are a couple of good RTS titles coming this month (got one already)...so I'll have my hands full. But hopefully I will see some of you around when I do go online with it: you can teach me how to teamwork! Would be good to see some of you online.

trust me... lack of prone really isn't that big of a deal in the game... i thought it would be but it really isn't. sniping still works fine... and i find the lack of prone quite refreshing... due to the fact that not everybody is a camper now.

Being preoccupied with other things, this game wasn't even on my radar.

After reading this thread, I may just pick it up this weekend.

I was always totally bored of deathmatch type games. I've been routinely disappointed with the recent FPS games. UT3 was my last hope and we know how that ended up.

Vehicles and some objectives in this game sounds fun.

Despite having tourettes in the forums, you are correct in that squad dtrikes are more valuable than just spawning and heading straight at the objective blind.

It takes some getting used to.

And by the way, all observations are my own, after logging many hours in the Cainslair BF2 reboot server alongside DougBob, BA, Jeffro, Cain, Hawkeye, Twinky, and others-- I can actually write a review with comparison that doesnt rely on cut pasting from other stories and posts. I've already logged 15 hrs in this game online and am 3/4 done with single player- which by the way is Way Way better than either MWtitle single player. So I'm not sure if thats how you get your information you post in her, copying others work and then spinning it as your own, or not - but thats not the case here at all.

Please keep your personal issues with me in the future in check, as its obvious to me as well as two others that Ive asked to look at this, that you are hunting for drama with me- and to that I say, no thanks, Im happily married and not interested in you.

I was actually complimenting you on your research...and saying I was buying the game, thanks to it. If there was ever one who hunts for drama, be it through insults, egoism or whatnot...as you said in another thread,
