I haven't looked to hard for one but, I was curious if there is one. To be honest I'm such a CLI type person I prefer to use the console to just connect to fav servers.

Just like MW2 the console was hidden by developers. Reason is unknown but they said it is already integrated into the game. It's a matter of time before someone discovers a way to unlock it, but then it might be considered a hack by PB.Comment

From my experience they do. However there is not only a server browser but a matchmaking system. As in you log into the game, and choose 'Play Now' choose a map and it will place you in one of the dedicated servers. This is really cool since I went into an empty server with my friend to fool around but in a matter of seconds the server became full with 32/32 players. Which means server keep up wouldn't be that important. You also get to place your clan banner in the loading screen with a welcome message or rules.
