Is there a console?

I haven't looked to hard for one but, I was curious if there is one. To be honest I'm such a CLI type person I prefer to use the console to just connect to fav servers.

I think you're talking about the developers console and I read somewhere that it was not available. If you find one let me know.

Just like MW2 the console was hidden by developers. Reason is unknown but they said it is already integrated into the game. It's a matter of time before someone discovers a way to unlock it, but then it might be considered a hack by PB.

Gah I hate EA server browsers. They kinda suck. I much rather find a good server and hit tilda and type connect blah....

From my experience they do. However there is not only a server browser but a matchmaking system. As in you log into the game, and choose 'Play Now' choose a map and it will place you in one of the dedicated servers. This is really cool since I went into an empty server with my friend to fool around but in a matter of seconds the server became full with 32/32 players. Which means server keep up wouldn't be that important. You also get to place your clan banner in the loading screen with a welcome message or rules. (Must be a BF thing because I've not seen that before)

I had notice this myself when I wanted to get in a empty sever to practice flying and the empty server fills up quickly. I'm like "where all these people came from"

Didn't I teach you the trick into a great browser? Let it load for 5 seconds, then press Cancel on "Collecting Data" wait another 3 seconds and it will show you most of the servers.

Ha from the very first moment I went into the browser I intuitively did this

By far.
And I am playing a console version. with only 24 players.
I cant imagine having 64 when someone mods it.
