After several tries, I've never been able to add Duke or DougBob. I'll try to add Jed-Clampet right now.
I wonder if Steam might be a key difference. I'm not on Steam, but you guys are. Either way it's nothing we can fix... At least they already know their friends list feature is busted.Comment

No doubt about worse accuracy when moving. It's not cut by half, but nearly.
Adding friends - Yup, I saw "DukeCLR", added it but it didn't add to my list, added it again the next day, same negative result. So far, I've been able to get 14 CLR names to show up on my list, but many other CLR names I've tried just don't get through.
Apparently it's connected to my K/D ratio.
