Just uninstall, reinstall PB.

If it doesn't work then launch without steam/xfire/fraps and see what's causing kicks. -

Hey man, Hammy had me open my old BF2 game and open up the pbsetup within it files. It upgrades PB for all games and then you can play. I was so happy to be able to play.
