BFBC2 Knife problem

The BFBC2 section seems to not be listed anymore so I'll stick this in Other PC Games....

Did anyone else notice today that the knife seems to be broken today? I can think of at least 5 times today that I knifed someone, blood flew up but they didn't die? I'm not just talking about "I think I got them". I mean I stood behind a sniper and knifed him half a dozen times and he wouldn't die type of thing.

Yup, it happened to me today, stood behind him and stabed 3 times for nothing then died from somebody else

Also BFBC2 section is near the top in the forums.

I hadn't had knife issues yet. But I did had several crash to desktop

Last I heard, you can't knife from 2 miles off the mCom station hiding on a mountain

Why not? The issue I had from that island is when none of the boats where there when I respawned and had to make a swim.

Is this what you guys talking about? I remember I had phantom in my 50 cal scope a few feet away from me so I decided to be a asshat and shoot him in the head but he lived Phantom started to run like a chicken so I went after him to knifed him but Duke took me out
