When a medic gets killed and you pick up his kit to revive him, if you want YOUR kit back, hold down E while using the defib on him and you will get your kit back and he will get his.

Oh, I tried it. Didn't work for me... Maybe it's the fact that I have to press 4 buttons at the same time. I don't think keyboards register after the 3rd button.
