What's up with the darts lately?

For the last two days or so, about every other heli I've darted would, as usual, show the targeting square, but no matter how long I keep it centered, it will never get a lock-on. It doesn't even flash like it's acquiring. I know the flares disable them, but I thought it pretty much negated the dart completely, which has happened quite a few times. Also, I've been right on them, switching immediately.... never see the flares fire, but still will not lock.

Anyone else notice this, or heard about it?

I had a hard time too. Seems like it takes longer.

I've noticed as well, plus they ganked the dart on last patch from 300 to 200 ft/sec.

Yeah, the dart stinks now, especially when trying to hit helos.

200 fps, dude a paint ball goes up to 310fps. What did they do that for.

I'm not really talking about how slow it is...... though it is. When I do hit the heli it's like a dud sometimes, you can see the targeting square but it will never give a rocket launcher a lock-on.
