Does the game "flicker" with ATI cards?

Hi!

Just wanted to know if you guys get the "flickering effect" with ATI 5xxx cards.
I.e. Textures flicker in / out.

I didn't have this problem with my GTX 275 but I do get it with my GTX 470s.
