Admin Abuse

I don't think I have ever seen any admin on Cain's misuse their admin powers in all the time I have played on the servers (going back to BF2142). It had to have been something else.

The only thing a person has is their credibility. And once again I can assure you that I did nothing and I won't stand by and let you make false accusations about me. You are wrong.

Phantom, quit being an ass. I don't know what happened, and I don't care. What I do know is that no admin would do that to you, especially someone like Minerva. Not least of which because Cain would kick them in the head on their way out the door through the closest exit, but also because none of us are that flat out petty.

You DO owe apologies here. And you should step up and admit you're being a fool before you let this get too much further. That's my two cents anyway.

Phan, you know dang well that no one would do that. To suggest such is foolery. You know that the game does stuff that no one has control over. Could have been anything that caused you to die. I've been standing still by myself and the game killed me and said I commited suicide. I know it makes us scratch our heads. But your whole approach to this has been less than stellar and flat out non Lair like. It's crazy on your part to think otherwise.

I do think that to at least acknowledge that you were hasty and that things were not as they seemed would be appropriate on your part. This way we can continue to play like we been playing and put it behind us.

the admins didnt take any action on you, something else might of happened. if you seriously think that this is what Cains Lair admins are about and what the spirit of the community is, after the time you have spent here, you have been seriously blinded by something. I have never seen admins do any admin abuse in any game in my years of being an admin here. I have seen mistakes (an admin kicking everyone off the server, other admins banning themselves,...) but never abuse. any mistake that happens is not hidden, its brought out in the open and things are made right.

if you guarantee that its an admin kill, then go ahead and post up the proof of your claims. but buddy, it must be more than your opinion that something happened.

If you truly think an Admin did you like this, and that any admin would engage in this behavior, and let's assume that since no admin has been punished by Cain that he then condones our insidious plan to GET PHANTOM.

Ok, with that assumption: shouldn't you be just a tad bit worried that your childish and moronic behavior in this thread is just an open ticket to the corrupt admin domination of the Cain's Lair Socialist Empire to sort of permaban you from these forums as a way to eliminate dissent and shut down the truth?

Because you know, that's what we do all day. Figure out ways to get back at those who dare kill us when we're in-game in the hope we can provoke a response that both amuses us and gives us an excuse to dump our target for good.

When Cain ran a CSS Server Valve made the Auto Sniper more accurate and powerful. There was a lot of debate by players and admins about limiting it's use. An admin banned a player for killing him with the auto sniper. Needless the say, Cain removed him as an admin immediately.
So yes we have had admins that did not measure up but, this is not a case of admin abuse. Admins have to be logged in to take any admin actions. No one was logged in at the time. You were not killed by any admin action.
