The server is just crawling with nothing but snipers, the are mortering spawns, shooting into the spawn, i just died 14 times in a row spawning and i should have recorded it. I enjoy playing on the server but not when my entire team is sniping not doing the obj, and the other team is sniping, i flew a copter over their base and mine, all i saw was wookies and that was it. 15v15 match with only snipers.....in an objective game come on there has to be some kind of solution to this. If i feel like getting back on the server sometime today ill make a video showing all of them, because its just unreal. On a more positive note though i was in a que of 6 out of 6, so that means the server is doing well but it seems as soon as they get in the game they leave because of the sniper fest.

the only option that seems deployable since the lack of options to being able to control the weapon balance would be to, /kick 1 round <player> #not playing objective.

another server i used to play on until i got the info for this had it to where if you were caught repeatedly 5 times sniping from the back of your base or not in the range of an Mcom/not protecting the Mcom you were kicked for one round, and if found out using any exploits/ using the chopper for your own personal game constitutes a kick as well. What this did was, it kept the flow moving and the action going, wheres the harm in that.

On the server banner pre-getting into the server you could issue a warning. " Recon classes/People, who are not playing the objective will be kicked for the other players in the que for one round"

Im not trying to be boss here just suggesting something needs to be done, because I do not find it fun going in and seeing a 16v16 team deathmatch only snipers, thats another reason why i left MW2 because it was old and lame.

LOL. You want team work? Play on a Vanilla server. Hardcore is for campers and snipers- deal with it.

i must admit it gets way outa hand sometimes the sniping the other day i was up for a long run of playing on the server as i had the day off but 30mins into the game i left because i got sniped as i spawned god knows how many times in a row more than 15 HOW are you supposed to kill the sniper if you cant even take one step when you SPAWN! and if you do manage to get behind some form of cover another one gets you from you spawn or something.... pissed me off so i left the server you cant nurf sniping completely but you can have an organsied day or two where it is assault/medic only or something eh just my 2 cents

I got kicked from a game one time for using a Gustav. In fact it killed me 3 times before I could read what it said. I changed kits and it let me play. Dont know how they did it but it happened.

I do think if something could be done it would have been done already. Sniperless servers would be everywhere.People hate em that much.

I think that this is the key. More complaining about snipers (how many threads so far on the subject?) is almost as annoying as the snipers themselves.

Sometimes I wish EA would change the rules of Rush to something like your score and kills get wiped if you don't win the round as an attacker..
