Patch R9 for PC released

I can get in, but man the lag is horrendous. Had a guy lined up from behind him to shoot him, but one minute he's there, and the next he's running off to my left around a building..anyone else getting stuttering or lag??

Its sound like me and you are having the same problem since the new update for the game ?

Why did they have to nerf the VADs?

And I think there were more important issues to address, like getting TKed when you jump out of the Blackhawk...
