    Aimbots

Anyone else know why everyone I tell to go play on Cain's Lair leaves after getting aimbotted? No admins on at any time or what? 3 days in a row I have been told about this.

Not sure who you're sending our way but all aimbotters have been dealt with promptly over the past few days and there have been many active admins online.

Had one in there for long enough for me to leave tonight. When I left he was like 64 and 5...was about his 3rd or 4th round of it.

Getting your PB Guid, or anyone else's PB GUID....

How to get your PB GUID in Bad Company 2
Posted on March 19, 2010 by Hendrik

People are wondering how to get the PunkBuster GUID (a 32-digit hex hash) in Battlefield Bad Company 2. It’s important for league play, such as the ESL. The game has no console to type commands, so what to do?

There are several ways to get it:

The easiest is to join a PB enabled server. Once connected, open the team chat and type “/pb_logtofile 1″, “/pb_writecfg”, “/pb_myguid” (without the quotes, but with the leading slash). Nothing will appear on the screen when those commands have been send, they will be executed however. Now you will have a log file in your PB folder (pbcl.log). Open it and search for your PB GUID.

Another way is to create a text file “pbcl.cfg”. Open it with a text editor (Notepad does fine) and put this line in it:

              pb_logtofile 1

Then join a PB enabled server and play some minutes. You will then have a “pbcl.log” in your PB folder. Open it and search for your PB GUID.

Okay, the hard part for most users will be to find the PB folder.

Windows XP users just have to follow the path where they installed the game. The PB folder is a subfolder of the game directory.

Windows Vista and Windows 7 users have to find the so-called “AppData” folder. It’s full path is C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\BC2\pb. Some of the folders in this path are hidden. You can reach those by typing their name to the Windows Explorer’s location bar. An alternative is to type this to the location bar:
              %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\BC2\pb

Name was Hellmo. Time was around 12:30 AM, Central, if I'm not mistaken. I didn't get Guide, which is why I didn't post it.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
