I can never hit it where I want no matter how hard I try.

Assuming that they take on the characteristics of recent games, the back is always the weakest armor, (Or Top), followed by the sides. I find shooting the front glacias just a "Hi, Come Kill Me" kinda thing. Often does minimal damage at best, unless the tank is already severely damaged.

I will take one for the team and keep shooting/dying until they are dead though.

Nothing better than seeing someone repairing the tank, chunking a rocket at the skirts, and killing the tank AND the repairing person. Win Win.
