Anti-Baseraping

I have installed an anti-baseraping plugin.

If you kill someone in a protected zone it should kill you also, and give you a message in chat why you suddenly died.

What if they are sniping from their spawn.....

Good question Pumpkin.

For some maps I also have an anti-camper plugin enabled.

If they sit inside the safe zone at spawn sniping guys outside the zone, the camper also gets killed.
