If we did it happened in the 20mins i stepped away from the game and left myself afk. When i left we were down to 20 players due to steam rolling. Guess it got worse or a hacker came in.
I was the only CLR online i think.

Sort of looks like it. I had the bug where I couldn't connect and the numbers were off twice, then the next two attempts the server was blanked out.
I just rebooted just in case it was on my end, and am about to check the game again.
