is there an official reason why Hill 137 keeps kicking?

got dumped @ map change, and next three connect attempts. We cant be the only server this is happening too, and its been going on for quite a few weeks.

just curious as to if there was an explanation from EA.

also, is ti just steam related perhaps? is anyone else that gets kicked/crashed use stea,? i know juneau had been there, and a few other regs.

My husband was getting dumped at almost every map change not to long ago. Since he has gotten his new video card, I don't think it's happened. We could never find a reason or a fix for it and no, he doesn't use steam and it would happen on almost every map.

well i got dumped on old set up, and on this fresh install. so i dont think its anything on my end, but it sure happens a lot.

It has only happened to me once, but I have heard ppl tell me it happens to them quite a bit. Could be an EA thing

It's happened to me a few times recently. No pattern at all and i didn't have this problem for the first couple of months.

Saying that i've had no problem since earlier in the week.

the randomness of it all is the worst part. cant fix things if you cant recreate them.

been trying to pay closer attention as to what is going on when booted... it sems i get dumped on 137 if there is a full server, or a line. if the number of players is <30, i sem to be able to connect.. do not know why this would matter, but well, sems to for some reason.

i dont think i ever gotten booted on map change, only a few times where my game froze it and i have to alt tab out.

LOL. Reason i ask is because i recently forced my game to run as DX9 via the .ini file and a lot of my issues have stopped. Including the crash on map change issue i randomly started to have. Could be a coincidence, but it might be worth trying to see if it helps.

I force my game to run in DX11 and dont have any issues either

DX9 is all you have.

My fix attempt won't help you then. As you're already running DX9
