In a perfect world we would have an admin online during all hours of play. But as you can probably understand that is impossible.
Not every hacker or asshat will be banned instantly. It never has been this way and never will be this way. This is why we have the 'report a jerk' section where you guys can post the details of cheaters and then they are manually banned by Cain very shortly afterwards.

its not like i dont think a good job is done, cant the script be adjusted to add words to the filter? it was just ridiculous, and after a round of his crap, no body came in for 2nd round. most just afk at the join screen.Comment

As i understand the word filter contains a lot of 'nasties' some of which are instant bans.

Yes he was typing everything in open chat but changing letters to get by filters for some words
