With me it is grenades bouncing off the back of a buddies helmet. I try to jump on it when it happens.........it still causes quite a mess.

I spawned in new game, and forgot to see which side i was on.
Spawned on flag and immediately tried to cut down teammate.
Luckily only down to 30%

Day before, did same thing but waxed him with M60.
Luckily i could rez him.. lol

I've seen people do that on purpose as a medic so they could get the free rez...
