We tried

We bought another modem through our DSL provider yesterday and now we both cannot play at the same time. Hubby has been on the phone for over an hour with tech support because they keep dropping his call. He's explained it to like six different people now.

I do believe if he can't get anywhere he's going to hook our old set up back up.

Tell them your going to cancel the service if they dont hury up and get it right.... it works really well ;p (last time they gave me a free month of service because I complained enough).

They said certain ports and whatever need to be opened up on the router/modem but there is no one there that can help us. It is all above their heads?
