I saw co-workers always forgetting their passwords after they had to change them. So I use the same password with a number. When they want me to change my password I just increase my number by one. When I'm at 9 and I change I go back down to 1. I think Windows doesn't let you reuse the last 5 passwords, so that solves that.

Ya Intel is a pain in the ass. I have to change my IBP password every quarter or so. I have a txt doc with a list that I rotate through.

Use your usual password with a number at the end. Numbers are not special characters.

I have a number in the middle of the password. it called it weak. It's okay at almost every site, except the ones that also want special characters.
