I wouldn't go that far.

It was definitely great in it's time.

But BF2 did everything better.



On a side note, it would be interesting to gather a bunch of CLR's for a BF1942 night.

i thought 1942 servers were down? i coulda sworn not too long ago ea discontinued that? i'm prob wrong though

EA doesn't run the 1942 servers.

Nor is there any kind of central authentication system.
