I don't find commander to be really fun. I like running around shooting things... I love leading a squad with the L96. Some of my best rounds as a SL were with the sniper kits.

Commander is boring as hell, even if you're one of the few folks who can both command and fight effectively. I played a lot of command just to get the awards, and ended up playing just as often because nobody else would step up. I decided not to do that in 2142--you get tired of people not listening to you, and watching the other team win because they waltzed right in through that hole in the flank you were telling Squad 3 about just 2 minutes ago.

It's all starting to come back to me now. I did used to play on the CLR server for BF2 lol. I remember seeing ppl running around with the tag. I wish I could remember what my rank was the last time I played. I'll have to reinstall and find my login and stuff and find out. I guess I'll have to go pick up SF too in case we end up playing it.

Even if we don't play it you still can use the extra unlocks in BF2. You get double unlocks at each stage.
