Wow, sorry man, but if you took it that way... well, I don't want to offend you but I find that VERY STRANGE.
People were saying "I don't care we need money". I was putting in that I'd rather NOT have a 2142 ranked server instead of having one with a bunch of people coming here acting like greedy asshats, like (I believe blackarrow said it) people that pay to get inline for the prizes, caring nothing about us and the communityComment

Different people have different opinions on what they want.
Honestly, the 2142 server is up until Nov 10. How much longer do you think it will be here for? A month more, if even then? While this is a money drive, it will probably bring in enough money for a month or two. However, these prizes can be around for a while. Hence why I see this as a community thing, not just a money grabbing thing.
It will fix money issues on a very short term basis, but do nothing long term.
It will give something to some community members on the short term, and be with them for a longer period of time.

I am sure that everyone has their own reason's for being here and that is just part of the diversity of this community.
I am offering prizes out of my own pocket because whatever game we are running I love the community, the friends, and appreciate what Cain does to keep it going.
So please, more donations and less posts

IMO I don't think we should be bribed or rewarded for donating, because we already are. It's not like we are donating to nothing, we all should pitch in, we are already rewarded with the best 2142 server out there.Comment
